1
00:00:00.000 --> 00:00:04.320
So broadly speaking I think of
spirituality as a sense of like

2
00:00:04.320 --> 00:00:09.080
the relationship that we have
to our own inner life,

3
00:00:09.080 --> 00:00:13.400
to our breath however we call it,
to the thing that animates us

4
00:00:13.400 --> 00:00:15.199
as human beings.

5
00:00:15.199 --> 00:00:17.559
And I think that what it has
to do with is

6
00:00:17.559 --> 00:00:23.280
to really get an opportunity to
have the relationship

7
00:00:23.280 --> 00:00:27.120
and reconnect the relationship that
we have to ourselves.

8
00:00:27.120 --> 00:00:30.359
And when we have that broken and
disrupted then we're broken

9
00:00:30.359 --> 00:00:33.039
and disrupted from each other and
we're broken and disrupted

10
00:00:33.039 --> 00:00:34.960
from the planet, from the land.

11
00:00:34.960 --> 00:00:37.960
And so that spirituality
however you say it,

12
00:00:37.960 --> 00:00:41.679
reconnect us to the relationship
with our own breath,

13
00:00:41.679 --> 00:00:45.200
with the spirit,
with the vibrant force of life.

14
00:00:45.200 --> 00:00:48.280
And I think that
fundamental spirit

15
00:00:48.280 --> 00:00:50.640
embraces life,
embraces other people

16
00:00:50.640 --> 00:00:54.240
embraces difference,
it believes and loves and

17
00:00:54.240 --> 00:00:56.960
thrives on diversity,
it thrives on connection.
